“Punch” is a quality that is super important for many Bass players, and with this model we tried to create a pickup that maintains all the common qualities and features of a Jazz Bass but boosts the mid-range to avoid typical Jazz Bass sound thinning.
The balance in this model is phenomenal! The frequency spectrum is clear and present and the expression ability of the player is maximized. The “kick” you get from this pickup is accurate and fast, and the EQ range spreads beautifully across a broader part of the spectrum.
