When will my order be shipped?
We do not hold pickups in stock, and every pickup is hand-made per order. Most orders will ship within 2-3 work days. For any delays that may occur, we will make sure to contact you ASAP. You will receive an email confirming that your order is fulfilled, including a tracking number.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit cards.
Do you rewind / Repair pickups?
We do offer repair and rewinding service. Prices change according to any specific type of pickup and work. Please contact us for any question.
Do you make custom pickups that are not on the product list?
Sure! You can choose your own preference of coil type, number of turns, type of magnet and so on… Just contact us and let us know what’s on your mind.
How do I pick a model?
We offer descriptions, audio clips and videos for our models. If you need assistance with choosing the right pickup for you, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find you the perfect match.
