“Nibiru” is a fat sounding pickup, with massive deep lows, wide mids, and milder highs. It carries a powerful output for big Rock players, who want to get away from the ordinary J sound.

When you find yourself in dire need of massive, fat, powerful and strong sound and all you have in your hands is a Jazz Bass, we have the answer for you! The basic idea behind this pickup was to travel as far as possible from the classic Jazz Bass sound and take more into the Precision domain.

We boosted mid and low ranges, lowered highs boosted resistance that led to more gain. This creature is great for styles like modern rock, metal, pop or any genre that demands a rich low range.

    Choose Flat for guitars with fretboard radius higher than 9.5". Contact us for Left-Handed staggered option.

    Choose "0" for original setting, "+5%" for higher output, warmer and darker tone, "-5%" for lower output, brighter and crispier tone.

    RW/RP preduces a hum-canceling effect in a combination of two pickups, but reduces mid-range frequencies.

    Wax Potting is done to prevent microphonic feedback. Unpotted pickup may produce feedback but have vintage like qualities and a brighter tone.
